🌲 ANOTHER QOV FINISH! 🎉

Another quilt top transformed into a beautiful finish! 😍🧵 My trusty APQS Lenni brought it to life one pass at a time, with wood-grain quilting on the front and elevation gradients on the back for added texture and dimension. ❤️

My new-to-me Quilt Path has officially gone from “What in the quilting world is happening here?!” to WORKING! 🎉🙌

Huge shout-out to Finely Quilted & JAC's Custom Quilts for coming out, troubleshooting, tweaking, adjusting, and refusing to let this Quilt Path win! 😂

There were brackets, belts, encoders, rails, head-scratching and probably a few “Well, THAT shouldn’t be doing that!” moments. But they stuck with it and GOT. IT. WORKING. ❤️

And, of course, no job is complete without satisfying the most demanding supervisor on the property — Hulk Property Dog 🐶💚

His payment requirements were simple: extra love + endless ball throws. 🎾😂

Quilt Path is working.
Hulk is happy.
The balls have been thrown.
And this girl is READY TO QUILT! 🧵🔥

Finely Quilted & Jac’s Custom Quilts — you guys ROCK! ❤️

Grateful and happy tears! 🥹 💗

👀 LOOK MA… NO HANDS!!! 🙌😂

Well, friends… she has evolved. 🧵⚡️

Quilt Path is officially installed, which means my longarm now has a brain, a GPS, and apparently My longarm just went from “hold my beer” to “hold my coffee, I’ve got this.” ☕️🧵

I’m not saying I’ve been replaced…

…but I am saying I’m currently standing beside my machine watching it quilt while feeling like I’ve just invented electricity. 😂

WELCOME TO THE DARK SIDE. 🖤🧵

In my Slow Stitching Era. 🧵❤️

Latest obsession: hand-done, needle-turned appliqué.

Hours disappear…Fingers get poked…My seam ripper gets a workout…And somehow moving fabric a fraction of a millimetre feels like a major life achievement. 😂

There’s something incredibly satisfying about slowing down, stitching one tiny piece at a time, and watching it all come together.

It’s definitely not fast… but that’s kind of the point.

Any other hand appliqué addicts out there?

Show me what you’re working on—I love seeing everyone’s beautiful stitches! 🪡✨

For the days when you doubt yourself… keep going.

Take a chance. Try something new.

Growth isn’t always loud or obvious — sometimes it’s quiet, messy, and full of second guesses. But every step forward, no matter how small, is building something beautiful beneath the surface.

Trust your persistence. Trust your journey. 🌿✨
Something truly amazing is unfolding — even if you can’t see it yet.

How else do you write Thank you on a QOV Quilt? Morse Code of course! - .... .- -. -.- / -.— — ..-

It’s been a bit, what’s under my needle.
