What if a chess set grew in the forest? 🍄♟️
This hand-carved Mushroom Chess Set was designed to feel like it came straight out of the woods.
Every one of the 32 pieces is individually carved from basswood, making each mushroom its own tiny sculpture.
The board features an 11" x 11" inlaid chessboard made from pine and black walnut, set into a naturally contoured round maple slab with a matte black epoxy pool.
Flip it over and a tranquil blue epoxy river flows through the wood’s natural lines - turning the board into a piece of art when it’s not in use.
It also comes with a custom wooden box to store all of the pieces.
No two sets will ever be the same.
This isn’t just a chess set - it’s functional art.
