We get told this a lot…

Teacher planners don’t work for the subjects I teach. I teach Music, Phys. Ed, English 10…well have you thought of using the blocks in your planner for your lessons rather than for each class you teach?

Planning this way makes your plans more specialized and specific and you can see the goal of each lesson you teach. The details are not overlooked or forgotten and your whole planner gets used.

As teachers, it’s so important to take care of yourself.

It happens too easily, where we burn ourselves out and we can’t perform at our best. Remembering to take care of yourself before you try to take care of others is so important in this job.
