We have started up a small home based business and have our Food Handler Certification which is certified by the Canadian Institute of Food Safety.

We offer a variety of freeze dried goods that range anywhere from candy, fruits, veggies, to even fully prepared meals which is perfect for our hunting and backpacking friends!

To our culinary friends, we can powder fruits and candy which can be added to baking or icing for a kick of flavour. Not to mention, freeze dried fruit and candy make for beautiful and unique dessert toppings.

Just pulled these organic strawberries out of the FD after a 3+ day dry cycle. They are completely dried and still look beautiful!!
