Speaking of my website… I did some spring cleaning. Old stock is up at a steep discount, and I re-vamped the option to “design your own book”. I’ll be bringing in more patterns over the summer, so keep your peepers peeled.

All has been mostly quiet on the book binding front lately, but I did pull this together for myself! It’s pretty much just a program for the gym that was born out of my frustration over never finding a program that I love. I don’t like using my phone anymore to track stuff, and I didn’t like the physical size of the program I had printed prior to this one. I also found myself editing the last program I completed A LOT— which gave me the confidence to finally just build my own.

My custom program borrows the 5 day framework from the Power Hypertrophy Training Program, so I can’t claim it to be entirely original. I swapped exercises to suit what’s available at my gym but also my general preference and goals. Added a table at the front of the booklet to track my cardio and other stuff. It was nice to be able to add a custom deload week ahead of time, too.

I genuinely never saw myself ever being this level of a “gym person” in my entire life but here we are!! There’s some lost time because of covid (RIP gainz), but I’m already feeling strong again. Always looking for gym buddies in Calgary btw 🤝

A custom journal for one of the most prolific journallers that I know! I personally really struggle to stay consistent in journaling, but Emma has been filling my notebooks since I first started binding! I am so inspired every time she pops up to announce she’s filled another book and needs a new one! Thanks E 🥰

I’ve been to so, so many stationary stores and hands down, is my new favorite. I wandered in there the other day by fluke and found these lovely prints and other goodies. DM me if you want one of these notebooks ($30 each), otherwise they will be available when I next update my online shop!

I have some book deliveries to make in the city and can include you on my route. $30! Calgarians are welcome to it, too, but I won’t be able deliver until the new year.

Sooo, what’s cuter than jotter notebooks? Bring-home kits to bind your OWN jotter notebooks!! Say what?! Gee, what a cute gift idea 💡

I’ve put together a variety of kits for the Yule market in Edmonton this weekend. SATURDAY ONLY! No cover charge. 11am-8pm @ Bellevue Community Hall. Come say hi and give me a hug, I have been in practicum hell for weeks!!

The kits are $20 each! Each kit comes with everything you need to make TWO books. DM if you can’t make it to the market and want one.

I had a whole lot of fun drafting up the instructions for these kits. I think you will all appreciate my Epic art skills lol

Oh yes, that’s right!!! Black journals that come with three gel pens!! Gold, silver, and white ❄️

I had seen these quite literally in a dream, and when I awoke — I was reminded of a black book I had when I was a kid. Possibly from scholastic book fair? But it was one of those journals with prompts, and it also came with gel pens. It was one of those books that ask you things like “Who is your best friend?” and “What is their favorite food?” I think I might even still have it in a box somewhere!!

I’ll be selling these at the Witches Yule Market in Edmonton on December 18th! After that, you will be able to find them on my website.

Notebook details:
Size 4 5/8" x 7 7/8" (that's a standard VHS tape size!)
Each notebook is refillable (upon request) and comes with 24 pages (48 double sided) of Mohawk Superfine Text Weight paper. This paper is an excellent general purpose paper with an extra smooth finish.
