Earlier this month Chef Jesse was a part of the judging panel for the Alberta Regional Chef Competition for the . We were thrilled to sponsor the event as well. This past week, the winners of the regional competition in both senior and young chef competed at the National Conference for the Culinarily Federation. Congratulations to Chef who took home 3rd place in the national competition as a senior chef. The future of culinary is very strong in Edmonton!

The community is a huge driving force behind our culture and how we operate here at Nella West! During the holiday season we were fortunate enough to be able to cook a Christmas lunch for the students & staff at Chef Jesse used our state of the art test kitchen to prepare roughly 300 pounds of turkey, 90 pounds of ham, 200 pounds of mashed potatoes and all the rest of the fixings. We’re fortunate to be supported by this great community and love opportunities like this to give back!

We’re celebrating an exciting evolution here at NW to start off the new year…. Adam Cayer has officially stepped into the Sales Manager role!!
We have some MASSIVE growth planned for the year with exciting projects and Adam’s promotion is just the beginning!
Bringing over 20 years of hospitality industry experience including ownership, Adam is well versed in our great industry!
As Adam steps into this role, our beloved Peter McLeod is still very much here and is now our Director of Sales. Come down to the showroom to give these guys a high five!
