Northern Larch Engrave

Small business. Big production. Very small supervisor. 🐾🎬

A little cinematic glimpse behind the scenes at Northern Larch Engrave, where our latest housewarming gift is coming together under Mishka’s very serious supervision.

Around here, it takes a colony. Some of us design. Some of us engrave. Some of us have four paws and take most of the credit. 🤍

There’s a lot of love behind every piece that leaves our little business—and a hardworking kitty who would like that love paid out in treats.

Watch for the real boss. We just work here. 🐈

Does your workplace have a four-legged supervisor, too? 👇

Made here. Made for you. 🤍

Behind Northern Larch Engrave is the two of us—Nick and Elina—and our home shop in Parkland County.

Here’s a little glimpse of what happens before a piece is engraved: preparing your design, checking the placement and getting every detail ready.

Our favourite part is what you bring to it. A family name, a wedding date, a handwritten recipe or a few words that mean something only you understand.

Thank you for every order, recommendation and kind message. We love getting to be a small part of your meaningful moments.

Small shop. Big meaning.

Have an idea for a personal gift? Send us a message—we’d love to help.

Personalized is lovely. Locally handmade AND personalized? That’s something special. 🇨🇦

Our Canadian collection starts with a local woodworker—not an Amazon cart. 😉

Handcrafted right here in Parkland County from Canadian maple and walnut, then custom engraved by us in our home shop. Beautiful grain, unique character, and a personal touch that makes each board yours.

When you choose this collection, you’re supporting two local small businesses and giving a gift with a story behind it. 🤍

For weddings, anniversaries, housewarmings, or a well-deserved spot in your own kitchen.

Message us to choose your board and create something meaningful.

Two sides, one pretty special story. 🤍

We just finished this wedding keepsake for Shauna & Arden, and this one had a little extra meaning behind it.

On the front, their names, wedding date and 1 Corinthians 13:13. On the back, Grandma’s One Bowl Chocolate Cake — a family recipe they’ll be able to keep, use and pass down for years to come.

These are the projects we love most. Taking something that already means something to a family and turning it into a piece that gets to stay with them through the next chapter.

Have a family recipe, note, saying or memory you’d love to preserve? Send us a message — we’d love to help bring it to life. 🖤

Some gifts get opened. Some get kept.

Wedding, engagement and anniversary pieces are still some of our favourites to make — especially when we get to turn names, dates or a little piece of someone’s story into something they’ll have for years.

Have a wedding coming up and want something a little different? Send us a message. 🖤

Okay… we gave Northern Larch a facelift. 👀🖤

We’ve been playing around with our branding for a little while and finally landed on something that feels way more like us.

A little cleaner. A little more modern. And hopefully a lot more memorable.

Still the same two people making everything out of our home shop — we just look a bit fancier now. 😂

What do you think of the new look?
