Inspired by the landscapes and wildlife of Western Canada, Nancy's oil paintings range from dramatic mountain scenes and delicate florals to powerful wildlife and timeless portraiture. Her work beautifully blends realism with expressive colour and atmosphere, creating pieces that invite you to slow down and take a closer look.

This week's Feature Friday spotlights Liz Kosolofski!

Liz is a 19-year-old artist entering her second year of the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art & Design program at the University of Alberta. She's been creating art since she was just four years old and continues to explore landscapes, animals, and everything in between.

Working primarily with Himi and Golden gouache alongside Prismacolor pencils, Liz's artwork showcases a wide range of styles—from vibrant wildlife and delicate illustrations to imaginative custom pieces.

We can't wait to see where her artistic journey takes her next. Thanks for sharing your work with our community, Liz! 💚
