We’re currently glueing the top bracing using our go-bar deck — one of the most important stages in shaping the voice and responsiveness of these ukuleles. 🔥🎸

The go-bar system applies even pressure across every brace, ensuring a strong bond and precise fit while allowing the tops to resonate exactly the way they were designed to. Every brace placement matters when it comes to tone, projection, and character. ✨

It may look simple, but this is where a lot of the magic starts to happen. 👀📸

Each logo is carefully fitted by hand, requiring patience, precision, and attention to every tiny detail 🔍🪵 From routing the cavity to the final fit and finish, this is one of those touches that truly brings the instrument to life.

It’s more than just a logo — it’s the signature mark of a handcrafted instrument built with pride right here in our Custom Shop. 🇨🇦🔥
