Life has been crazy busy lately. So I figured perfect time to host a market. Lmao.

I’ve always been a big fan of Halloween. I thought it would be cool to do a market with a twist.

Please let me know if you’d like to come out as a vendor. I’d be asking a table fee of $70. This’ll be at my favourite venue, the Enoch Community Centre.

Wîwîp’son healing swing therapy is a healing practice rooted in vision, ceremony and Indigenous knowledge.

More than 10 years ago, Dr. Darlene Auger had a vision during a ceremony for children in Residential Schools: the healing properties of the Wîwîp’son (swing) could be used for all, regardless of age.

That vision became the beginning of Wîwîp’son healing swing therapy.

Tomorrow is June 6th, Blue Jean Jacket Day! 💙

Wear a blue jean jacket to honour our Men and show our love and support!

June 6th is Blue Jean Jacket Day , it is a day to acknowledge and honour our Missing and Murdered Indigenous Men and Boys. This day of honouring began in Edmonton Alberta in 2023 to raise awareness, demand justice, and to bring attention to the issues of systemic violence faced by our Indigenous men and boys.

Our men and boys deserve justice, love, compassion, and the opportunity to heal, grow, and to walk the land safely, and without fear.

Today we remember their names and demand justice. Wear a blue jean jacket to show your love, support, and commitment to finding answers and bringing them home.

The Strawberry is a medicine that is used to purify the blood and heal the physical heart and is also used to heal emotional wounds and restore balance. It brings opportunities for ‘Forgiveness and Reflection’. It is a time for self-reflection, letting go of past hurts, and practicing forgiveness within families and communities.
