I was kinda excited about this if you couldn’t tell by my reaction!

I dont know what I was more excited about, FINALLY hitting 225 or the fact that my squat cycles for the last 3 months have been PAIN FREE.

And just like that summer has come and gone! Hope everyone had a great summer and spent loads of time with friends and family making new memories!
