As some of you may have noticed I have been quite absent from the social media platforms for multiple reasons- but the grind hasn't stopped.

With competition prep being over I have more time to focus on my business.

I will be accepting 3 new online clients & have in person training spots available Monday/Wednesday’s.

There is a beta launch coming for my 6 week upper body program as well as my 6 week glute guide. My macro tracking E-book will be out this summer when my website is up and running.
