May we all take quiet moments to offer our prayers, hope and endless compassion to the people of Tibet and Nepal as well as all who were tragically impacted by the devastating flash flood.

May we pray deeply and hold boundless love in our hearts to wish happiness to all beings, wish freedom for all beings and wish immeasurable peace to all beings.

We extend our heartfelt sympathy for all those who have lost their lives, loved one and homes and wish strength, safety and peace during this time.

- Authentic Tibetan cuisine featuring authentic Momos (Tibetan Dumplings)

- Traditional cultural performances

- Tibetan Fashion Show

- Himalayan vendors and handcrafted imports

- Meditation talks with Kushok Lobsang Dhamchöe and Special Guests

- Tibetan Medicine Public Talk: Tibetan Medicine for Everyday Life

- 30-minute consultations with Tibetan Doctor Menpa Tsultrim Kalsang

- Sacred sand mandala and butter sculpture demonstrations by visiting monks

- Meet visiting Tibetan monks and learn about Tibetan Buddhist traditions

- Closing Circle Dance celebrating community, culture, and connection
