Join us for a Pop-Up Sale in the parking lot of the Alberta Centre for Peace and Meditation on Saturday, October 18th, 2025 from 1:00-4:00 PM.

This event is open to all!

This event includes:

-Gently used books available by donation from the Gaden Samten Ling Library

-Frozen Meat & Veggie Momos (Tibetan Dumplings) for sale

-Cooked Meat & Veggie Momo soup – ready to eat! $10.00

-Chai Tea available by donation

Come join us for an afternoon of shopping and connection! No sign-up necessary. Health and safety protocols will be in place.

Known as The Science of Healing, Tibetan medicine is a holistic system that has been practiced for thousands of years. Rooted in Buddhist philosophy, it offers profound support for physical, emotional, and spiritual well being.

Our guest Tibetan Doctor (Menpa) Ngawang Tsering, is a graduate of the Central University of Tibetan Studies in Varanasi, specializing in Tibetan medicine and is a member of the Organization of Traditional Tibetan Medicine and Sciences of Canada. With over eight years of experience and thousands of patients treated, he brings deep expertise and compassionate care.

Menpa Ngatse uses diagnostic techniques such as pulse and urine analysis, to provide individualized care grounded in ancient medical wisdom. Do not miss this special opportunity!
