𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐟𝐞! But that’s kind of the point.

We hear some version of these 3 comments at least once a week. So we figured it was time to address them!

1. Our location - we know, we can be hard to find! But our location was chosen because it works perfectly for a coffee roaster, not for high visibility like a cafe would need.

2. No food? No, we don’t have a commercial kitchen. Our team is small and our expertise, equipment, and our space are all focused on sourcing, roasting & QC of coffee.

3. Our business hours. Not ideal if you work Monday - Friday, but hours follow a roasting and distribution schedule, not a café schedule.

So In summary:
We’re purposely not trying to be your neighborhood weekend café. It lets us focus on the part of the business we love most: finding, importing, and roasting exceptional coffee, while still leaving room for a life outside of it 🏔️

If you’re up for the drive out to see us, we’d love to pour you a cup, show you around, and share what we’re working on. Just don’t expect brunch 😉

Introducing the Kenya, Meru, a washed processed coffee from the Katheri Farmers Cooperative Society (FCS). This coffee is boasting with good times and 5 Alive Vibes 🍊 🍋‍🟩.

If you are someone who enjoys coffees that have high acidity and bright citrus notes, this coffee is for you! Think sweet lime, lemon tea, grapefruit rind, stone fruits (plum, apricot) and an irresistible caramel-like sweetness.

This coffee shines as a pour over and likes to lean towards a coarser grind size.
