Some baskets made with recycled jeans ( same I made messenger bag with ) and thrifted fabric! Will be listed in my Etsy shop. Link in bio! Set of 4 Two bigger baskets have loop for hanging! Remnant from jeans belt loops. Very durable and stand on their own. Get organized this fall.

It's so disappointing and disheartening when only messages you get are spam and when you go to markets you sell nothing. Please don't tell.me it's economy cause Canadians are spending money bur it's temu and amazon and big box stores. But elbows up!

I finally got a job at Bass Pro Shop. It's only part time seasonal but I hope they will keep me after Christmas. We really need to be able to afford a new place so we dont end up homeless. Anyway I need a bigger bag to carry lunch or some crochet/knitting to do during lunch breaks when I have some. I used my husband's jeans to make one. I love crossbody bags to keep my hands free. I just realized everything inside the bag I also made lol

I haven't been feeling much like sewing these last few days so I have pulled out some yarns and crochet hook. I don't know if I want to put these granny square blocks into a bag or a blanket but it is nice to just sit outside and crochet. Seeing as I can't sew outside without too much hassle.

Made my own fall sweatshirt. One quilt block and a thrifted shirt. I think next one Ill make a 9 by 9 block. I only did 6 by 6 for this. Before and after :)

I am thinking of creating some you tube content showing how to sew on.a budget. If you want to learn how to sew but can't afford all the fancy fabrics and a lot of supplies, you can literally go to Dollar Tree and pick up few things to get you going. Especially when you are just starting out, and don't know if it is something you want to continue. Everything you see here is from Dollar Tree. Yes even fabric! And pumpkin print is just a cheap dish mat for $1.75 I know many of us can't afford expensive stuff, but can find couple bucks to go to dollar store and pick up few things. Besides being creative is good for your mental.healrh.
