A bonus Thrifty Thursday post!
We have a rare vintage 8 mm projector for only $20. It looks like it's in excellent condition. If you're into vintage, we also have a bridge set in a case.
We're closing shortly for the day but catch us tomorrow!

What's in Store Wednesday?
While he's waiting for adoption, our Thrift Shop mascot needs a name. Any suggestions?
Fall is definitely in the air. The first frost warning is just around the corner so it's a perfect time to stick up on warm sweaters and cozy blankets.
There's always something unique and noteworthy in the Shop. This week we've received a vintage set of snooker balls with a score bar. We have entering for any hobby at any age - come treasure hunt with us.
Thank you to everyone who has been supporting our produce sharing fridge. The turnover is quick so drop in often to see what's available. Right now tomatoes are winding down but there are peppers, cabbage, garlic and eggplant.
Visit us Wed-Sat 10 am - 2 pm at 18 Main St. Elgin. Don't forget to bring your pet for a blessing on Oct 3rd from 10 - noon.

It's Thrifty Thursday!
We have a fascinating collection of indigenous (Ghana/African/Aztec?) carved masks.
If life gives you lemons, we have some beautiful dishes with a lemon tree motif - very whimsical. There's always a happy blend of the practical and just for fun items.

It's Thrifty Thursday!
We were so sad to hear of the passing of Dolly Parton this week. She was a wonderful example of faith, kindness and generosity. In her memory, why not gift a book to one of the littles in your life? We have shelves full of quality kids books.
The round rack of sweaters and jackets is starting to fill out as we get closer to September.
Please note that we will be closing early at noon on Saturday and we won't be able to accept any donations that day.

It's Thrifty Thursday! And there last one before school starts. Yikes, where did the summer go?
There's an amazing selection of practical clothes and household gifts plus whimsical treasures. Everything from brand new with tags to vintage.
We are open Wed-Sat 10 am - 2 pm and you'll find us at 18 Main St Elgin next to Gordaniers. Please note that we Eli be closing early next Saturday, Aug 29th at noon.

It's Thrifty Thursday!
Some very cool vintage items in the Thrift Shop this week. Do you know anyone who was in the Ottawa Technical Band in 1962? We've got a copy of their album! There's also a bright red rotary wall phone, old am/fm radio, albums and more.
We also have a great selection of small appliances, clothes for the whole family, dishes, toys, books and then some.

It's Thrifty Thursday! I don't want to be the first to say it, but Autumn is coming. We're just starting to put out some sweaters and hoodies for those cooler summer nights.
Lots of great items for any season. If you're looking for kitchen cutlery and utensils for kids heading off to school, they're half price right now.
As summer harvested are increasing, we're also seeing more produce in our sharing fridge.

It's Thrifty Thursday with a barnyard theme. Lots of great items in the shop to get you through these dog days of summer. We have household goods, clothes for the whole family, tons of dvds and so much more. The produce sharing fridge is starting to fill up with summer harvests. Today we have beans, cucumbers, dill, and trombocino (type of summer squash where the seeds are conveniently located in the bulb).
