Who knew homemade butter was THIS delicious and easy!?

Homemade Butter
⏱️ Total time: ~10 minutes

• 1L Sky Glen Heavy Whipping Cream (makes about 1 lb of butter)
• Pour into a KitchenAid mixer and mix on high (Speed 8)
• After about 10 minutes, remove the butter
• Dunk it in cold water and squeeze out the remaining liquid
• Mix in about 1 tbsp salt for salted butter (optional)
• Roll it in parchment paper

Store in a butter dish, the fridge, or the freezer.

Also who knew about buttermilk?! 🤯 I'm putting that s*** on everything.
