Feature Therapist of the Week! 🗣🎙

✨ **Danielle OBrien**

Danielle is a Master of Counselling Psychology practicum student with Yorkville University, practicing under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.

With over 20 years of experience in education and a background supporting children, youth, and adults on the autism spectrum, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and neuroaffirming lived experience to her practice.

Danielle is passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming space where individuals feel valued, supported, and heard. She works with individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and everything in between.

Using an integrative and collaborative approach, Danielle draws from a variety of therapeutic methods to create a counselling experience that is personalized to each client’s unique needs.

Feature Therapist of the Week! 🗣🎙

✨ **Meet Sarah Joy Covey**

Sarah Joy Covey is our Clinical Director and an Independent Registered Psychotherapist. She supports adults of all ages navigating concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, caregiver fatigue, parenting, career challenges, life transitions, and questions about meaning and purpose.

Sarah has a special interest in working with entrepreneurs and high-functioning professionals and brings a particular passion for narrative and existential approaches, as well as thoughtfully incorporating spirituality into clinical practice. She is also passionate about supporting individuals with a Christian-faith background in their spiritual growth and connection.

Beyond individual therapy, Sarah facilitates psychoeducational courses and therapeutic groups, hosts a **FREE online community through the Circle App**, and is a sought-after speaker, podcast guest, and workshop facilitator.

We’re so grateful to have Sarah’s experience, warmth, and passion as part of the Covey Wellness Centre team. 💛
