Your golden hour, any time of day.

Our incense sticks are hand-dipped with premium fine fragrance oils in my studio in Saskatchewan.

Each stick burns for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, and every pack includes 12 hand-dipped incense sticks, made in Canada with care.

Available in two elevated scents:

SANTAL
Sandalwood + Vanilla
Alluring, woody + warm

RITUAL
Pear + Driftwood
Sweet, sultry + grounding

These are not the incense sticks you find everywhere. They’re soft, sophisticated, and created to help you bring a little more ritual into your day.

A quiet moment. A clean burn. A scent that lingers beautifully.

Hand-dipping these is truly a labour of love, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My last market of the year and what a way to end it, with one more beautiful day tomorrow.

Working alongside my daughter and my niece was such a gift.

Thank you to every customer who supported me this year. Your support keeps this little dream alive, and I’m so grateful for each of you.

Ending the year feeling thankful, supported, and very full-hearted.

I won’t be at the this weekend.

After more than a handful of delays in products getting to my door (thank you tariffs, postal strikes, and weather) and a workload that’s been a little fuller than expected (thanks to all of my amazing customers for your online support) I had to take a step back and be honest with myself about what I could realistically manage.

When I show up, I want it to feel intentional… not rushed, not pieced together, not stretched to the point where the heart of this business gets lost.

So with that in mind, I won’t be attending the Saskatoon market this weekend. As much as I wanted to make both events happen, it became clear that doing so would compromise the quality, care, and presence I put into everything I bring to you.

Regina, I’ll still be at with my family alongside me, and I can’t wait to see you.

Thank you all for understanding, for supporting my small business, and for giving me the space to do things the right way.

I’ll see you in the new year, Saskatoon and I can’t thank you enough for an incredible year of support.

And as always, my website is still open if you need anything in the meantime.

It all started with a Winners candle that didn’t quite hit the mark and a dream to create something that did.

Something more intentional, more natural, and more me.

Thanksgiving weekend of October, 2020 I poured my first test candle (and failed HARD). At the time, I was working behind the chair, helping others feel beautiful while quietly feeling burned out myself.

I didn’t know where that small spark would lead, only that I wanted something different, something that felt alive again.

Since then, I’ve closed the doors to my hair salon, said goodbye to two of my furry best friends, and poured my heart into something completely new.

So much has changed, and somehow, it all led me here.

Five years later, Heart + Soul has become such a big part of me, and I’m in awe of how far this little dream has come.

I also started , a space for healing, connection, and coming home to yourself.

Every pour, every scent, every little step forward has been part of the story.

Every mistake, every tear, every setback has shaped it too.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the dream doesn’t have to start big.

Sometimes it’s just a whisper, an idea, a quiet nudge to try.

Follow it.

You never know what could grow from a single spark.

Change isn’t always easy, but it’s often where the most beautiful beginnings are born.
