The bittersweet feeling of our last trip of the 2026 season. Another wicked family trip, amazing fishing and a lot of laughs. It was a crazy busy summer, the fishing in both Lake Huron and Lake Erie was absolutely stellar! Thank you to all the amazing people that shared a day on the water with me this season, the laughs, smiles, and memories made on the boat are what keeps me grinding all summer long. I appreciate the businesses, families, and friend groups that keep coming back year after year. So many memories made and friendships that go far past just fishing. The companies that trust me to represent them year after year, thank you! Many friendships have come from our shared passion of fishing and being a part of testing new products, helping design new ones, and teaching new anglers how to utilize quality products to catch more fish in definitely a passion of mine. See you all in 2027!! 🎣🔥

Off Shore Tackle Co. LLC OR12 towing 8 and 9 colours was steady, the fish have gone deep and lead core line is a great way to reach the fish.

Triple Threat Lures beast mode, sea gal slayer, purple glow frog, glow frog, and lights out…. Were all light out 😂🔥

Rapala Canada dipsy divers as usual and boy was I glad to have the R12 lithium ion fillet knife for these tanks!

It was a hard fought battle yesterday. Ryan was hoping his kids would get to reel in a steelhead. The goal was achieved turning out the be an epic day on the water showing Lake Eries true colours…. SILVER and GOLD 🔥🔥🔥!!! What an amazing day and memories that will last a lifetime 🎣👌🏻👊🏻.

Family time, adventure, old friends, & new friends. It’s what it’s all about. My old friend Andy back for another year and the kids are a foot taller, I’m a couple inches shorter and the Lake Erie fishery is still making memories. What a season with these cohos and steelies in the mix most trips. Another great day on the water.

Days like this I’m glad to have my Rapala Canada r12 lithium ion fillet knife. Had a cancellation today and was able to get my parents and a friend out. What a blast with the all silvers in the mix. 3 coho and 4 steelies, well one of them made its way back into the water, story for another day 😂.

Triple Threat Lures did all the damage with the Sea Gal Slayer & Willie Wonka being the top producers.

Off Shore Tackle Co. LLC OR12 planer boards were hard to keep in the water with a steady bite on the 40 jet program. Dipsys were decent and riggers were steady.

The worst part of having dogs is saying goodbye. Bullet was rockstar of a hound that I raised from a pup and trained her myself. She got to live her life doing what she loves and is bread to do. 8 years isn’t long enough, I wish they lived forever but all we can do is give them the best life while they are with us. We will miss you Bullet ❤️

The annual Electek trip was perfect weather and perfect fishing. Two boats, 10 guys, 10 limits and a couple bonus steelies. One of the highlights was 4 fish on at once on 3 rods 👌🏻🔥. Don’t forget to run sliders on your riggers, both are taking fish and sometimes at the same time 😂. Thanks again to my good friend and Captain Chris Benn Crooked Hook Charters for teaming up with us and helping deliver the most professional experience to our large groups and corporate trips.
