Excited to be a vendor again at the Fenwick Market!. We have some new items since last years market…. Our new lemon ginger infused creamed honey has been a real hit! We also have some lovely new soaps created by Laura made with additional natural ingredients from WillowBee Apiary… our honey, wax and pollen. I hope you can join us!

Looking for a unique Mothers Day gift? Come visit DeVries Mothers Day Market 9 am-4 pm today. We have a new addition to our Beekeeping products! Soap made by Three Acres Soap Company in Fonthill. The soap bars and daisy’s are made with our pollen, honey and bees wax. A unique natural gift! We have our usual infused, raw and creamed honey offerings too. There are 30 vendors here in addition to the regular DeVries store and Garden Center. Hope to see you.

Queen Anne and her hive made it through the winter! Woohoo 🎉 Anne has a booming hive… and she is very busy laying eggs building her brood nest! In a few more weeks, once the night time temperatures are warm enough, Anne and her hive will be moving back to the observation hive at Mingle Hill! We will keep you posted on their arrival at Mingle Hill. 🐝

After that lengthy and cold deep freeze, checking emergency food supplies on our hives at Mingle Hill. Great to hear that buzz, and see some healthy looking clusters in the hives. The snow was deep… glad I could borrow my wife’s willow sled 😂.
