Our exhibit room is finished and we’re ready to share the new displays with you.
The rest of the site revitalization is still underway - with a grand opening planned for 2027 once the project is complete.

The Dorset Soapstone Quarry Site Museum will be closed Saturday, August 1st so we can celebrate with everyone at Fleur de Lys Day! 🎉

Come out for “A Day for Our Community”:
• 10:00 AM - Pancake Breakfast at Town Hall
• 12:30 PM - Fleur de Lys Parade starts at Town Hall
• 1:00-3:00 PM - Family Fun: Games, Face Painting & Dunk Tank
• 1:00-6:00 PM - Beer Tent, Horseshoes, Vendors
• 10:00 PM - Evening Dance at Lambert’s Landing with music by Chris Mitchell

Food available all day: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers & Fries 🍔

We’ll be back open Sunday, August 2nd at 9:00 AM with regular hours.
