🍂 A LITTLE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND REMINDER! 🍂

Thanksgiving weekend is almost here, and we wanted to share a little reminder about our holiday hours at The Ville Bakehouse + Café! 🤎

☕ OUR HOURS FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK:

🍁 Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
🍁 Saturday | 9 AM – 3 PM

🦃 CLOSED SUNDAY & MONDAY so our crew can enjoy some well-deserved time with their families!

🥧 50 PUMPKIN PIES, FRESH FROM OUR BAKEHOUSE! 🥧

We’ve been busy baking up a storm and have prepared over 50 delicious pies for your Thanksgiving celebrations!

Our pies will be available for purchase beginning tomorrow, Friday, October 9, so pop into The Ville and pick up something sweet for your Thanksgiving table! 🍂

🥧 Already pre-ordered your pie? No need to rush in! Your pie has been reserved just for you, so you can pick it up at your convenience during our Friday or Saturday business hours.

For everyone else, pies will be available while quantities last, so don’t wait too long to grab yours!

🍞 And while you’re here, don’t forget to stock up on your favourite Willow Haven sourdough for the long weekend!

🌿 Farm & Nature Club is back at I CAN-T.E.R.

Starting Saturday, October 17, we are welcoming small groups of children to the farm for six gentle Saturdays in the forest and the fields.

This program was built for the child who needs a little more time. Maybe they have never been to camp. Maybe they know us already but need to feel at home in our 87 acres before next summer. Maybe they simply do well in a small, calm space where somebody notices them.

Every Saturday, children will:
🌲 Explore the forest and farm through guided, low-pressure discovery
🐓 Connect with animals, plants, and the rhythms of the natural world
🌼 Engage their senses to support calm, focus, and body awareness
🧘 Practice simple, accessible wellness and self-regulation tools
🤝 Build confidence and genuine connection in a safe, small group

🕙 Ages 5 to 8 | 10:00 to 12:00
🕐 Ages 9 to 12 | 1:00 to 3:00

📅 Six Saturdays, October 17 to November 21
💲 $300 for the full six-week program
👩‍🏫 Two facilitators with every group, both familiar faces from summer camp

Two hours is a gentle place to begin. For a child who is nervous about something new, it is long enough to settle in and short enough that it never feels like a leap.

Spaces are limited, and we keep the groups small on purpose.
