✨ NEW at Northwoods! ✨

We’re pretty excited about this one! Our new Magic Play Wall from Cherrypick is officially up — and as you can see, it’s already getting put to good use! 🥰

These magnetic play sets are such a fun, screen-free way for little ones to build, create, learn & play. We’ve brought in a bunch of different sets too — letters, shapes, sight words, food, vehicles, planets and more!

Come in, give the wall a try, and check out all the different sets! 💕

🍦 Rainy River District OPP Positive Ticket Campaign🍦

This summer, Rainy River District OPP officers have been out in our communities looking for something to celebrate—positive choices!

Through the Rainy River District Community Policing Committee’s Positive Ticket Campaign, officers are recognizing youth who demonstrate safe, respectful, and responsible behaviour. Whether it’s wearing a bicycle helmet, following the rules of the road, showing kindness, helping others, or simply making positive choices in the community, these young people may be rewarded with a Positive Ticket.

Each ticket can be redeemed for a free ice cream treat at participating businesses across Rainy River District, creating a fun way to encourage safe behaviour while building positive relationships between police, youth, families, and local businesses.
