Happy Saturday Everyone!

Just wanted to start out this morning by giving a little introduction into the fabric of Cranky’s.

We’re a family-run small business based right here in Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada. Founded by healthcare workers with a lifelong passion for the outdoors and all things fishing.

Inspired by the legendary Rainy Lake fishing experience, our tackle is made by a local angler for all anglers.

Cranky himself has spent more hours on the water than most would deem imaginable, and brought his family along to share so many magical moments.

Countless tournaments with his children, wheelbarrows on the ice just to throw a line, car seats in the boat for one more bass, and so much love and knowledge shared along the way.

Now, Cranky has set on on a mission to create the best tackle possible. Forged by years of experience and fishing knowledge.

Let’s make memories on the water together!
