FIRST NATION DEFIES DANIELLE SMITH GOVERNMENT OVER HEALTH CARE RIGHTS

Saddle Lake Cree Nation is moving ahead with plans to establish a safe haven for gender-affirming medical care, challenging Alberta’s restrictions and invoking Treaty 6 rights.

The First Nation says health care is a treaty right and that it will not stand by while children and families lose access to care.

Meanwhile, Danielle Smith says she has no authority over the First Nation and respects its sovereignty.

This is becoming another major confrontation between the UCP government and an Alberta First Nation.

When governments restrict rights, communities will continue asking: Who gets to decide what happens to their children and their health care?

“UCP’s AI Dream Could Become Albertans’ Energy Bill Nightmare”

🔥 UCP plan could increase Albertans’ energy bills

A leaked Alberta government cabinet document is being used by the NDP to argue that the UCP’s plans to support huge AI/data-centre projects could shift major infrastructure costs onto Albertans, potentially increasing energy costs.

Who is going to pay for the UCP’s AI boom, billion-dollar corporations, or ordinary Albertans?

EPISODE 18 — STILL TIME TO WAKE UP, ALBERTA

Albertans, there is still time to wake up.

Today, Alberta is part of Canada. We have a federal government, a Constitution, courts, federal institutions and the protections that come with being Canadian.

But imagine following the UCP separatist agenda all the way to an independent Alberta or, even more dramatically, Alberta becoming part of the United States.

Who would ordinary Albertans be answering to then?

Would we simply replace Ottawa with new political rulers?

And would the people who built their political careers around separation become the ones holding even more power?

After following the Brian Jean–Draper Road story, that question deserves to be asked.

🚨 EPISODE 17: UCP MINISTER BRIAN JEAN

SO… WHAT ABOUT THE RULES NOW?

The Draper saga has a new chapter.

On September 3, 2026, RMWB notified adjacent property owners that Development Permit 2024-DP-00093 had been approved.

The permit allows the existing Single Detached Dwelling at 7880 Draper Road to be changed to a “Resort Facility.” (BY THE WAY WHICH IS ALREADY OPERATIONAL BEFORE THIS SO CALLED ORDER)

And residents now have the right to appeal that decision.
JUST SHAME ON YOU GUYS

HOW MANY TIME RESIDENTS NEED TO ATTEND YOUR FAKE OPEN HOUSE ?

HOW MANY TIME RESIDENTS NEED TO SPENT HOURS IN YOUR BS COUNCIL MEETING ?

I LOST MY TEMPERAMENT, SO IMAGINE HOW RESIDENTS ARE FEELINGS ?

After everything we’ve shown in this series, one question keeps coming back:

Would an ordinary Draper homeowner receive the same treatment, the same scrutiny, and the same opportunity to develop their property?

That’s what equal enforcement means.

This isn’t about whether we like or dislike Brian Jean.

It’s about the rules, permits and process.

Residents have spent years raising concerns about this property.

Now the RMWB has approved a development permit changing the use to a Resort Facility.

So the public deserves to understand:

👉 What conditions are attached to this approval?

👉 What exactly does “Resort Facility” permit?

👉 What activities will now be allowed?

👉 And are the same standards being applied to every property owner in Draper?

The rules should not depend on who owns the property.

Mr. and Mrs. Jean have every right to use the legal appeal and permitting process.

So do the residents.

And that’s exactly why people are watching.

Episode 17 — the story continues.

🇨🇦 BEFORE YOU BELIEVE DANIELLE SMITH & BRIAN JEAN’S SEPARATION SALES PITCH, LISTEN TO A FORMER UCP FINANCE MINISTER.

Former UCP Finance Minister Travis Toews has spoken about what Alberta can learn from Quebec’s experience with separatism.

So before today’s UCP leaders start selling Albertans another political dream, watch this video.

This is bigger than party politics. It’s about Alberta’s economy, families, businesses, pensions, trade and our future in Canada.

Don’t just listen to the politicians asking you to leave Canada. Listen to people who understand the consequences.

🇨🇦 Think before you separate. Ask questions before you vote.

🇨🇦 CANADA IS STANDING TALL.

Trade wars test countries and strong leadership matters.

With leaders like Mark Carney standing firm, Canada is showing the world that we can protect our economy, defend our interests, and stand together.

Canada is strong. Canada is united. Canada is not for sale. 🇨🇦

🇨🇦 CANADA WILL STAY — FOREVER.

We respect every country, every culture, and every nation. But we also know how to define our own country.

Canada is our home. Alberta is part of Canada. Our future should be built together, not divided by political agendas.

You can love Alberta and still love Canada. ❤️🇨🇦

Canada is not for sale. Canada is not temporary. Canada is home.

🚨 ALBERTA TODAY

🇨🇦 $1.5 BILLION OF ALBERTA EXPORTS AT RISK.

America puts tariffs on Canadian businesses and instead of standing united with Canada, the UCP keeps picking fights with Ottawa.

🤡 Apparently, Canada is the enemy and America gets a free pass.

Alberta businesses need protection. Alberta workers need support. Canadians need a government that stands with Canada.

Danielle Smith: Canada is your country too.

What a shame.

🚨 ALBERTA TODAY

☀️ Another fee, Alberta?

The UCP government is introducing a $14 recycling fee per solar panel.

The government calls it recycling. Critics say the fee is too high and punitive.

Albertans have a simple question:

How many more fees are coming?

🚨 ALBERTA TODAY -

🚑 90 minutes waiting for an ambulance?

A doctor is demanding answers after his wife reportedly waited about 1½ hours for an ambulance before dying after arriving at hospital.

This isn’t about politics.

It’s about a basic question:

When every minute matters, how long should Albertans have to wait for help?
