Hi we had a iPad donated to the store from a Jen we believe as that was the name on the IPad. This is a part of the email attached. Please if you could come into the store we need it removed from your Apple ID account for it to be reused. Thank you 😊

Due to the high volume of donations we are receiving we ask that drop off only be made on drop off days Wednesday and Saturday. This time give us a chance to get caught up before the next drop off.
