We want to thank everyone who came out for our grand re-opening and customer appreciation BBQ! It was so great to see so many familiar faces and we are so grateful for all of the kind words and support from everyone who stopped by. Hello everyone!

We have a major update from APS. As we anticipated, all samples we provided for testing have come back NEGATIVE for fentanyl and any other harmful substances. All samples collected from our store for each and every strain we sell, contain only cannabis. We will share the testing results once we receive them through Freedom of Information (FOI). In the meantime, APS has informed us that you may call them to confirm this information.

We want to thank all our loyal customers for their patience and support throughout these unfortunate circumstances and we want to welcome you all back to the shop this Friday! We remain committed to selling safe products to our customers.

We would also like to thank the news outlets that reported only the facts of what happened and did not disparage our business or mislead the public. Your commitment to integrity and honesty is admirable.

We will be reopening our doors Friday, July 17th with huge customer appreciation sales and free burgers and hot dogs for everyone who comes by!

Once again, we are so thankful for all the support we've received and can't wait to see you all soon ❤️

Hey everyone,

As of today APS has no updated information on when we can expect to receive the Health Canada test results. We have taken it upon ourselves to contract a testing facility that has the same testing equipment and standards as Health Canada in the hopes that they are able to expedite the results to confirm the safety of our products. We are setting our tentative reopen date as July 20th, and will continue to post updates as we receive more information.

We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to all of our loyal customers who have reached out to us throughout this. Everyone who has checked in and spoken out in support of our dedication to safe, high quality products means a lot to us!

Aanii Everyone,

We have received an update from the Anishinabek Police Service regarding testing. The flower samples provided were sent out to Health Canada yesterday. The standard turnaround time to receive results is 4 weeks, however, APS has requested the results be rushed so we don't have to remain closed longer than necessary. They have indicated we could receive results in as early as 1 week.

We want to thank everyone for their patience and for all those that have reached out with support. We will post another update as soon as we have more information and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the families, friends, and community members affected by the recent overdoses here in Garden River.

It has come to our attention that cannabis purchased from Little Green Garden was present at both incidents. Out of an abundance of caution, and at the request of the Anishinabek Police Service, we have temporarily closed the store while the cause of these overdoses is investigated.

The safety and well-being of our customers and community are our highest priorities. We are committed to maintaining rigorous quality standards and providing a safe, reliable source of cannabis products. To support the investigation, we have provided samples of every cannabis strain in our store to the Anishinabek Police Service for testing to confirm that the products do not contain any harmful or dangerous substances.

Our hearts are with the families, loved ones, and all those affected by this tragedy. We stand with our community during this difficult time and remain committed to supporting the ongoing investigation and ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone we serve.
