Due to a high volume of orders we are currently experiencing shipping delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Also, we have received a number of reports concerning our emails not being received by Sympatico email accounts. The problem seems to be specific to emails being sent from our system which are routed through a DNS to the Puzzles Canada email domain. It appears Sympatico ran an update over the past week which has caused some issues. Please check your settings to ensure emails from [email protected] or emails routed through a DNS are not being filtered out and automatically deleted. Adding Puzzles Canada as a contact in your address book might also help.

Our Reverie shipment has arrived. We do have additional stock for pre-order items that are currently sold out, these will be active on our website at 9pmEDT Friday Oct. 9 2026.
If you placed a pre-order we will email you to give you a chance to add to your order. All emails will be sent tonight, please contact us if you didn't receive it.
If you do not wish to add to your pre-order please let us know so we can move you order to packing.
Please note: there will be shipping delays due to our current sale and the holiday weekend.

The Reverie 2026 Christmas releases are on the way! Pre-order will open Wednesday Sept. 30 2026 at 9:00pm EDT. The pre-order will include new Reverie Christmas puzzles as well as all restocks listed below.
Shipment has already arrived at the BC port and has been loaded onto a train heading for Ontario, expected arrival is within the next 2-3 weeks.
Please only include pre-order items with you order. You will be given an opportunity to add to your order when it is ready to ship. Any shipping fees incurred will be reimbursed if the total order is above our free shipping level.
This pre-order is only open to shipping within Canada.

Les versions de Noël 2026 de Reverie sont en route ! La précommande ouvrira mercredi 30 septembre 2026 à 21h00 HAE. La pré-commande comprendra les nouveaux puzzles de Noël Reverie ainsi que tous les restocks listés ci-dessous.
L’expédition est déjà arrivée au port de la Colombie-Britannique et a été chargée sur un train à destination de l’Ontario ; son arrivée est prévue dans les 2 à 3 prochaines semaines.
Veuillez inclure uniquement les articles en précommande avec votre commande. Vous aurez la possibilité d’ajouter des éléments à votre commande lorsqu’elle sera prête à être expédiée. Tous les frais d’expédition engagés seront remboursés si le montant total de la commande est supérieur à notre niveau de livraison gratuite.

Our Reverie shipment has arrived early! Tomorrow we will start reaching out to all who have a pre-order to give you an opportunity to add to your order. If you are seeing this and would like to add to your pre-order before we contact you please place your second order and select the shipping option "Add to Existing Order" and reference your original order number in the notes. If you do not wish to add to your pre-order please let us know by email to [email protected]
We only have two pre-order puzzles that are currently showing as out of stock, Hobby Village and Spring Tea Party, additional stock for these two puzzles will be added to our website tomorrow Thursday Sept. 3 at 9pm EDT.
Our Delfy shipment is also on the way and will be activated on our website tomorrow.
