Micmac Camp The Micmac Camp - Atlantic salmon fishing on the Cascapedia River The season runs from June 1st to September 30th.

The Micmac Camp is the only native owned and operated Atlantic salmon fishing operation that is located on the world famous Casapedia River. The camp exploits 5 rods on various sectors of the river - the A Zone, the B Zone, 2 rods on the C Zone and the D2 Zone (Alder Island). The lodge is loated along the Cascapedia River. Guests stay in a renovated Victorian farmhouse that was built in 1875 on a 400+ acre site. Your stay with the Micmac Camp includes your meals, lodging, fishing and guides. Booking your stay with the Micmac Camp is as easy as picking up the phone and inquiring about available dates. There are no lotteries or deadlines to worry about. Guests are also offered the option of reserving the same dates for the following season. For the avid angler, this option allows them to plan their fishing trips well in advance from one year to the next.
