Welcome to Saltbox Static Therapy.
This is the main hub for the Signal Logs. If you want to understand the full aesthetic of what I’m building here in the studio, this is it.
The visual says everything. Look at that classic, weathered Newfoundland saltbox house standing defiant right on the edge of the rugged, crashing North Atlantic waves. It represents who we are and where we come from. But look closer at those windows that are glowing with neon green and sharp pink laser light and there’s an old school TV blasting a color bar test pattern directly into the coastal fog.

That is my exact creative chaos. It’s a collision of raw island grit and a non stop, electric digital pulse.
The music is a collection of high energy, non-stop synth dancefloor anthems that drag you straight back into that raw 80s and 90s club nostalgia. Some tracks are dark, heavy and unhinged channeling the noise of a messed up world, deep anxiety and the mental fog we fight through. Other tracks are light, euphoric and uplifting built for healing, letting go and remembering the best nights of our youth.

But every single one of them is an anthem meant to be danced to. It’s therapy under the strobe lights. It’s taking the heavy things we carry silently and forcing them into the bassline.

My chaos is creative and the frequency is officially locked in.

The website just got a massive upgrade, the archive is growing and the signals are officially live.

When you look at 709 Frequency, what you’re seeing is entirely a one person operation. I create every single graphic design from scratch. I hand press the apparel myself right here in the studio. And when it comes to the music, I’m the one driving the machine.

I’ve always believed in total transparency. In this studio, AI is my session musician. It is a powerful tool I use to expand my creative reach as a solo entrepreneur. I provide the absolute vision, the raw lyrics and the heartbeat. The technology simply provides the frequency. Together, we are building something that literally wasn't possible yesterday.

I don't just make music I capture frequencies. My work is a direct collaboration between my Atlantic roots and the digital future. Every track is a Signal and every design is the Hardware.
But beneath the neon lights and the audio waves, there is a deeper mission. I’m putting this art out there hoping to change things to let anyone listening or wearing the gear know that you are not alone. We all carry heavy things, but music gives us a place to dance right through the pain and just live entirely in the moment.

Log #009 is officially live in the archive and it hits on something a lot of us know all too well but rarely talk about out loud. 📡⚓🩹

Newfie Anxiety is written straight from a place of raw emotion and real life struggle. Anxiety is heavy. It can feel like a thick coastal fog rolling into your mind, trapping you in your own head and making you feel completely isolated even when you're surrounded by people.

I didn't want to make a sad, slow song about it. I wanted a track that fights back. I wanted to take all that built up panic, chest tightness, and overthinking, and channel it into a massive, hands in the air 90s Eurodance anthem. The driving, high energy beat and soaring vocals act as a massive release valve proving that we can take our darkest, heaviest moments and turn them into something loud, powerful, and healing.
