Thrifty's Thrift is for everyone! Since 1984, Thrifty Fashions is the Mokami Status of Women Council’s social enterprise thrift shop.

Our store sells modern and affordable secondhand clothing and offers a free clothing program for individuals in need. We rely on generous donations of clean and gently used clothing from our community in order to operate. Donations are accepted Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. When you shop at or donate to Thrifty Fas

hions, you can feel good about making an environmentally friendly choice and helping us continue to meet the clothing needs of our community. We add clothing to our store every day. Don't miss out on fantastic finds at amazing prices - thrift is for everyone! We are happy to announce we are now able to accept and sell housewares and household items including:
pots and pans
dishes
cutlery

anything for a home or apartment but NO ELECTRONICS OR ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE PLUGGED INO


We accept donations of:

Clothing for all ages and genders
Outerwear
Footwear
Handbags, wallets, knapsacks
Jewelry (excluding body jewelry)
New/unused socks and underwear
Costumes
Textiles such as curtains, tablecloths, and bedding (excluding pillows)
Books
New/unused hygiene products for MSWC’s Women Helping Women program

We do not sell or take donations of:

Toys
Electronics
Sports equipment
Anything that plugs in. Donations can be delivered to the shed behind our main building at 43 Grenfell from Monday-Saturday between 8am and 4pm. Donated clothing does not need to be in season but MUST be clean. Thank you for supporting Thrifty Fashions and helping meet clothing needs in Labrador!
