As I sit here this morning reminiscing about the past weekend, I smile thinking of all the fun we had. Throughout the weekend I saw how groups of quilters worked together on the Brown Bag Challenge, playing jokes on one another, helping one another and having a snack and catching up on life. I am so blessed to have this opportunity to have retreats and so many friends ❤️.

I have so many to thank, first I want to thank everyone who attended this retreat and supported my store. I could not put off a retreat like this without help, I’m not going to name anyone for fear I would forget someone lol, but please know I appreciated all your help, from making samples for the store and the brown bag challenge, sorting fabrics into scrap bags, helping set up the tables, planning games, helping with cleanup after everything is over, working at the store, helping with kitchen chores, also to the group that loaned us tables etc. Thank you 😊

I want to thank Mom(Gladys Grandy), Aunt Alma, Aunt Emily and Joan for the delicious meals, you’re the reason this retreat is so good because the food is delicious ❤️

The next retreat is being planned for May 13-16, 2027. I’ll confirm once everything is booked.

Until we see each other again happy quilting 🧵🪡
