The best wedding details don’t just look beautiful, they tell a story!

Since our couple was getting married at a historic train station (and even said “I do” inside the train!), we wanted every part of the day to feel connected. Vintage luggage tags, a vintage inspired clock, and classic wall sconces came together to welcome guests in a way that felt completely true to their story.

Never underestimate what texture can do for a space!!

We kept the colours warm and neutral, but layered in lots of different textures to keep everything from feeling too simple. The wooden tables, cane chairs, linens, florals and little details all added something different while still feeling cohesive!!

One piece of advice we always give our couples? Carve out a few quiet minutes to see your reception space before the doors open!!

It’s one of the only moments you’ll get to experience every detail exactly as it was designed! The florals, tablescapes, linens, lighting and all the little pieces you spent months choosing. Before the room is filled with your favourite people, take a minute to see the full vision come together and soak it all in.

A ceremony in the woods sounds magical… because it IS!!

But what people don’t see are all the little details that make it actually work:

• how guests get to the space
• where power is coming from
• if the ground is level enough for chairs

ADD how to make it fit intentionally within the trees

• where the sun will be during the ceremony
• making sure the audio if balanced for all guests

Luckily, this venue has it all done for you, but not all magical woodland ceremony locations do! The best designs feel effortless because every tiny detail was thought through beforehand. Let us help you design your perfect outdoor ceremony!!
