Good news! Avalon Gardens and Gifts is now receiving BNI parcels again!

Please be patient as we work through the backlog. The best thing you can do is check your emails and Amazon accounts for confirmation that your parcel is at the store before proceeding to pick up. You are looking for “held for pickup” to determine if your parcel is physically at the store or not.

The best way to make this backlog seamless for everyone is to ring the doorbell on 3rd around the corner from the store entrance and the staff will be happy to help you in an orderly manner.

We ask that you please be patient with our parcel pickup. The fires have put a hold on all BNI/amazon activity right now and we have no control over it. We are simply the pickup and drop off for purolator, BNI, and FedEx; we do not control the drivers or warehouses. Please feel welcome to call or drop by if you need further information during business hours (10am-5pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-3pm Sunday)

In other news, we have these candle warmers and exciting lotion candles! They smell amazing and use no flame (if you choose). These are brand new arrivals and I highly recommend checking them out. Versatile, safe, and yummy. Melt the candle for scent and use the lotion to moisturize!
