Prepping zippers is not my favourite activity. I find it time consuming and finicky at the best of times.

One trick I've learned to help streamline the process is to gather all of the zippers I will be using, and attach the zipper end to all of them at once. Not only does this eliminate doing the strap step several times, it also makes it easier to control exactly where stitches are going because I'm working on a larger piece overall (although that piece is made of multiple zippers!)

Now all I need to do is snip between the zippers and I've got three ends prepared and ready for the next step in my projects!

And after all my whining and procrastination about this step, it took me 64 seconds to sew in real time.
