🍑 Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream & Lemon-Infused Honey 🍯🍦

Tonight’s dessert: super light, super tasty, and SO peachy. 🍑 And honestly, this might be one of the easiest summer desserts ever.

What you need:
• 1 ripe peach
• Blood orange olive oil
• Peach white balsamic
• Your favourite ice cream
• LeBeaus lemon-infused honey

How to make it:

1. Cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
2. Brush both sides of each peach half with blood orange olive oil and peach white balsamic.
3. Grill on the BBQ for 3–4 minutes, until warm, juicy and beautifully caramelized.
4. Top with a scoop of your favourite ice cream.
5. Finish with a generous drizzle of LeBeaus lemon-infused honey. 🍯🍋

Warm grilled peaches, cold creamy ice cream, fruity balsamic and that bright lemon-infused honey… seriously, the BEST summer dessert. 🤤🍑

Super simple. Super light. Super peachy. 🍑✨

Adoro’s Flavours of the Month for August are Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil + Peach White Balsamic, and I have already been putting them on EVERYTHING.

Tonight’s experiment was a steak salad with spinach, garden cucumbers and radishes, homemade pickled red onions, fresh peaches, feta, and steak, finished with both of August’s flavours drizzled over top.

And OH. MY. GOD. 🤤

Sweet peach, bright citrus, salty feta, savoury steak, crunchy veggies, this combination WORKS.

They’ve also been making regular appearances on my cottage cheese and peach sourdough toast, so clearly I have entered my peach era and I’m not mad about it. 😂🍑
