Our time together will include taking a moment to connect with your inner world through a soothing meditation and journaling session while channeling the energy from your intuitively chosen semi-precious gems. You will then be guided by a fun and inspiring paint session with .i.azucena You will receive a journal and personalize the cover to support inspiration through 2024. She will touch on energy points in the body and the importance of being intentional on the colours chosen for your journals.

Every guest will receive a welcome bag, journal and crystal.

Unwind and get creative at our Paint & Meditate event with Semi-Precious Gems and Journaling, where you'll explore your inner artist. It will be a time to recharge from 2023 and reignite your spirit as we begin 2024.

Let's come together and discover the therapeutic benefits of combining art, meditation, and journaling in a cozy and welcoming environment. Unleash your artistic spirit and find inner peace at this one-of-a-kind gathering surrounded by semi-precious gems and essential oils.

I’ll be guiding you through intuitively choosing a gemstone to support your journey, you will take a moment to connect with your inner world through a soothing meditation and journaling session while channeling the energy from your intuitively chosen semi-precious gems.

You will then be guided by a fun and inspiring paint session with Scarborough Artist a.i.Azucena. You will personalize the cover of your journals to support inspiration through 2024. She will touch on energy points in the body and being intentional on the colours we choose for our journals.

Our time together includes:

📔10 min Journaling exercise to recharge

Artist .i.azucena will guide us in
* Creating 2 sachets of loose leaf teas to support in recharging and relaxation
* 1.5 hour paint session where you will be gifted your own journal and paint it's cover to support you in our 2024 goals, dreams, and healing.
* 5-minute visual meditation to reignite our fire within and propel us into our highest being.

Please dress comfortably. We highly suggest bringing a blanket and yoga mat for extra comfort during your journaling and meditation.
