As of Tuesday May 19 our showroom will reopen. Our hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm. We’re following the Government of Ontario’s recommendations by mandating physical distancing in our showrooms for customers and staff, employing enhanced cleaning measures, encouraging contact free payment methods, deliveries and pickups and providing disposable gloves upon entry to our showroom.

As per the most recent directive from the Government of Ontario our physical showroom is currently closed. We are accepting orders for curbside pickup by appointment and contact-free drop off. Messages are checked and returned daily on weekdays, call 905-768-1030 or 888-290-0877 to leave a message.

Per the Ontario Governments announcement many of the services we provide have been deemed essential, such as washing machine, range and refrigerator sales and service, furnace no heat service and possibly more, depending on individual circumstance.

The health, safety and well-being of our staff and
customers is our highest priority. Enhanced cleaning and physical
distancing policies are in effect in our showroom and when we attend a customer's home for service or delivery.

are facilitating a contact-free option to arrange service or order replacement products or parts .
We are now pre-screening residences we attend to make sure the occupants have not been out of the country in the last 14 days or had contact with a sick or isolating individual.
