Gluten free chocolate chip cookie dough cake, filled with edible gluten free chocolate chip cookie dough with topped with gluten free chocolate chip cookies, crumbs & buttercream icing! 🎂

The gluten free flour changes the texture
Slightly, but still delish! Even for someone that’s not gluten free! And bonus - I was still able to use my “go to recipes” because the ratio of substitution was 1:1!

i made them for our trailer at the campground, in a colour scheme to match our bath mat. But I’ll be making these in other colour schemes as well! Finished off with a little piece of Nova Scotia driftwood we collected from the beach! 🌊💙🐟🐠🎏

Chocolate chip Cookie Cake; 4 layers of chocolate chip cookie cake, and 2 layers of edible chocolate chip cookie dough.

As usual - made from scratch with real butter, fresh cream, homemade sandwich cookies, edible cookie dough, Italian meringue cookie buttercream, white chocolate ganache, cookie crumble, and topped with edible gold glitter & a Happy Birthday Chocolate from in Elmsdale! Whew! lol.
