Dear Wonderful Coffee Pro Customers,

I want to take a moment to personally thank you for being part of such a meaningful journey.

After much thought, I’ve made the decision to close The Coffee Pro. Since graduating from Nova Scotia Community College in 2019, I dove headfirst into this business, and it has been an incredibly rewarding chapter of my life. I’ve been fortunate to have so many people support me along the way, and this experience would not have been possible without your trust, encouragement and shared love of great coffee. I’m excited about what’s ahead and deeply grateful for everything The Coffee Pro experience has taught me.

While this chapter is coming to a close, my entrepreneurial journey continues. Moving forward, I’ll be focusing on my Rescue Coffee business. One business truly led to another, and it’s been a joy to grow along with this evolution. Rescue Coffee reflects another passion of mine, my love of animals and supporting animal shelters, while continuing to share thoughtfully crafted coffee. You can find me at Rescue Coffee Co., and I’d love for you to check out our brews and the mission behind them.

Thank you again for the opportunity to serve you. I’ll carry this community and the lessons from The Coffee Pro with me into what's coming next.

This isn’t easy to say, but The Coffee Pro in Mill Cove, Bedford will be closing on Friday, January 30th.

From day one, this community has supported us in ways we’ll never forget. Thank you for every visit, every kind word, and every moment shared. We hope you’ll stop by before we close to say goodbye, stock up on some favorite brews, and use up any remaining Gift Cards and Loyalty Program credits. .
