A couple of weeks ago we welcomed students into our cake studio for a Vintage Gingham Cake Class, where they learned to create a smooth finish using Swiss meringue buttercream, pipe vintage-inspired borders, and apply our signature gingham pattern technique. 🤍

This four-tier design featured ranunculus, anemones, delphinium and baby roses, delicate cascading wafer paper, and soft touches of gold leaf.

The design captured the magic of an outdoor wedding on a warm summer day.
