Hey, wanna hear a wild story?

Fun fact about myself…I’m an alum member in a sorority! Back in my University of Windsor days, I was an active member of the Delta Alpha Theta sorority. After I left, I was granted alum status and it’s felt like a fever dream ever since!

⏩ This week, I had a blast from my past in the shop to get a beautiful piece done, dedicated to her new, little baby girl! Jolene was not just another member of the sorority…she was also my little!! This was meant as a way to incorporate family into the sorority, strengthening the lineage if you will.

The world works in some fascinating ways & this chance to reconnect with this old friend was proof of that! 🖤

✨“Why did you decide to open a studio?” ✨

Well, it’s a LONG STORY but…I wanted to create both an environment and experience that radiates the definition of comfort.

I’ve been slowly filling this place with all the little things that make me feel comfortable & happy:
🪩all the 70s decor I can find
🍪copious amounts of snacks & drinks
👩🏻‍🎤every genre of music
📺the best, addicting Tv shows and movies
🌭cheeky subtle nods to my aesthetically placed around the shop(the we**ie washroom is a vibe)
🎨tons of art but I’m always looking to add more!

It’s still very much a work in progress & let’s be real it probably will continue to be for a while! But it truly is becoming one of my favourite places to be!

We’re so close to finishing Rachel Vinton Elo ‘s sleeve project!! 🔥🔥 This makes me both happy and sad at the same time!

Guess what else is so close? FALL! This is by far my most favourite time of the year for new tattoos and projects! Why? Because you still get those nicer days where you can show it off but you aren’t risking healing (or happiness) by swimming, beach or needing sunscreen! Then, come summer ‘27 you get to show it off!
