🍫I spent 12 years selling chocolate at craft shows every weekend before I ever had a storefront.
Rain, cold, early mornings, folding tables, cash boxes — and this recipe in my bag every single time.
Sponge toffee (some of you know it as honeycomb) was one of my best sellers. People would come back to my table just for it. It’s that kind of recipe — the kind that makes people stop mid-bite and ask “wait, what IS this?”
It looks impressive. It tastes even better. And it’s simpler to make than most people expect.
