We have had an amazing response to our post able renting out of space!!!

There has been a great deal of overlap on product type though and we want each table to be a unique product.
We have made some selections and those people will be notified Monday.
Still time to get your application in if you’re interested!!!

Phoenix Emporium will have this big beautiful space available to vendors for SUPER CRAWL for indoor vendor spaces before we make our move.
3 Day spots Friday -Sunday with electrical available - 8 ft each.
Vendors need to provide their own table and 2 chairs.
No clothings or any type will be accepted.
Local vendor in the greater Hamilton- South Western Ontario area will be given priority.
No need to pack up daily!!

We are moving to a bigger space , down the street, or up the street .. I’m not really sure.

Our lease is ending at 133 James N this December and we will be expanding into some new areas and changing things up. That takes space and we are thrilled to be able to stay on James St North.

We look forward to seeing you all at our new location in the near future and to welcoming new vendors hopefully to this expanded space !!
Our current store at 133 James N will be open as usual until the end of Super Crawl!!

New Vendor there were sent offers at 6pm. Please check your emails and your junk mails if you applied and were waiting on a response. You have until July 17th to respond. Not all offers have gone out.

We had a lot of applicants and we only a limited number of spots. Some applicants overlapped on what they created and we are trying to be fair and make offers to those who applied first.
Apps are still opened. But we are adding greeting cards, bookmarks, keychains, all artwork,children’s products to the list of closed categories.

We have had a good reply to the vendor call but a lot of overlap in the same categories.
As a reminder if you have applied or thinking of applying the following categories were closed or full :
Crystal tumble stones, gemstone jewelry,gold jewelry, polymer clay jewelry, stickers, pins , 3d products, most art work.

Sorry but we have all of these things in store already and I don’t duplicate vendors.

We are having a mini vendor call for our James St North Hamilton store.
It”s for 6 weeks covering one street closure Art Crawl and the main event in Hamilton
SUPER CRAWL SEPTEMBER 11-13
We are looking for select vendors to fill our space.
1 rental rate for the 6 weeks $99 plus Hst
No commission on your sales , you receive 100% of profit.
Online portal to monitor your product in store and your sales.
