When I was growing up, my mom used to talk about how my grandparents—despite having successful careers—always had something else going on. My parents were both nurses, but they, too, found ways to earn on the side: real estate, direct sales, small business ventures. That entrepreneurial spirit stuck with me.
Over the years, I’ve realized I love helping people—especially when it comes to making smart, well-informed decisions. I’ve always been drawn to the art of negotiation and the relationships that form between buyer, seller, and the middleman.
I’ve worn a lot of hats in my career: manufacturer, wholesaler, trader, buyer, seller, middleman, retailer—and of course, end user. I’ve brokered deals by the container, the truckload, the pallet, and also sold one-off items direct to consumers across multiple platforms.
In today’s world of rising costs, supply issues, and economic uncertainty, I’m leaning into those roots. I’m officially joining the side hustle revolution—offering what I’ve done informally for years as a service to others. If you’ve ever needed help finding something hard to get, high value, or at a better price... now you know a guy.
