9 cm x 12 cm A new pursuit seen exacted in black and pink. The textured crow on glassy pink draws the eye and hand. This is a limited series and I'm in love with the process and the textural contrast. Holds about 350 ml.

I participated in a woodfiring as part of my ArtsLink NB sponsored mentorship with Ghita Levin. Here are some of the pots I made for her wood kiln. It felt amazing to return to my roots in woodfiring and to connect with other potters who are passionate about our craft. I look forward to October, when we may fire again.

Maybe you're wondering why I didn't write as much for these new online pieces. Is it because we watched the original Star Wars with Eve for the first time on Sunday? Is it because she was sick all last week with gastro? Is it because there was another 4-day weekend? I don't know for sure, but I wrote a bit more today, because I had some coffee and silence recently.
