These beauties are now ready for their final epoxy treatment before they head out to take on the incredible fish of Chile.

🌈 A GEORGIAN BAY RAINBOW FOR GAVYN 🌈

This morning aboard the Island’r Girl during our TNT Pro Staff Team Event, Gavyn put a beautiful Georgian Bay fish in the boat on our new proprietary Mean Bean plug. 🔥

And this one came with a few firsts:

🎣 Gavyn’s first fish in a while on Georgian Bay
🎣 First fish on his new rod & reel setup
🎣 First fish on his new TNT plug
🎣 And the first fish boated on a TNT plug aboard our personal vessel

After losing one on a TNT plug during the derby, it was pretty damn satisfying to finally get one in the boat. 😎

Over the past two months, we’ve been trialling and selling a very small initial run of TNT plugs, and we genuinely appreciate every piece of feedback you’ve sent our way. We’ve been paying attention to what you love, what we can improve, what we can change and, yes, the few little kinks we still need to work out.

That’s exactly why we started with such a VERY small release.

We know you guys are constantly asking when the next release is coming, but we ask that you please be patient. We aren’t interested in rushing something out the door just to keep up with demand. If it has the TNT name on it, we want it to live up to it.

And in the meantime, we absolutely love seeing these plugs catch fish. 🤘

The Mean Bean has officially earned its first fish aboard the Island’r Girl.

We want to take a moment to recognize a VERY special person who has become such an integral part of TNT. ❤️

Shawna has not only been a valued member of our TNT Pro Staff team, but she has also put countless hours into creating incredible clothing and apparel for our customers, our team, and Ty and I personally.

Every time we send her a design, she takes our ideas and makes the magic happen. Her DTF transfers are incredible quality, durable, long-lasting, and built to actually withstand the wear and tear that comes with being part of the TNT crew.

But Shawna’s contribution to TNT goes far beyond clothing.

She sponsors our annual Catch Contest and our Best Producers boxes every single year, without hesitation. She continuously gives her time, talent, and support to our team, and she has become such an important part of what we do.

This woman works tirelessly, day and night, to make it all happen, and we are incredibly proud to work alongside her.

And this year’s Pro Staff shirts? NOTHING short of amazing. 🔥

I gave Shawna the artwork I put together, and she once again turned it into something we are absolutely thrilled with. We cannot wait to wear these this weekend at our 2026 TNT Pro Staff Get Together.

Out of respect for those who lost their lives during this tragic event, and for those who continue to carry the mental and emotional weight of it each day, today we remember.

Please take a moment of silence to honour those who were lost, the families who were forever changed, and the countless people who continue to live with the impact of September 11th.

🚨 OUT OF OFFICE | SEPTEMBER 11–14 🚨

This weekend, TNT is stepping away from the workbench and spending some quality time with our 2026/2027 TNT Pro Staff Team. 🎣

Our annual Pro Staff Team Weekend is one of our favourite weekends of the year. It’s a chance to put the orders, emails and everyday work aside and simply enjoy the people and community we’ve built around TNT.

While we’ll be missing our overseas and across-the-border team members who can’t make it this year, we’ll be celebrating angling, the outdoors, friendship and the people who continue to make this community what it is.

The weekend usually includes:
🔥 A few campfires
🍽️ A massive team potluck
🥓 A BIG team breakfast
🎣 A fishing derby
🏆 Our annual awards ceremony
😂 And a whole lot of laughs and good times together

We’ll also be taking some time to recognize the individuals who have stood out to us over the past year and celebrate the contributions they’ve made to TNT and our community.

A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to our entire 2026/2027 TNT Pro Staff Team. You’re a pretty damn good bunch. ❤️

A NOTE ABOUT OUR PRO STAFF TEAM

We are not accepting new Pro Staff applications at this time.

We no longer open applications. Instead, team members are personally invited onto the TNT team. This allows us to make sure the people joining are here for the right reasons and genuinely fit the community we’ve worked so hard to create.

The TNT team is a safe space for anglers and outdoors people alike. A place where people can talk fishing, hunting, the outdoors, life and everything in between.

No drama. No BS. Just good people, good vibes and a shared love for the outdoors. 🎣

They weren’t constantly replacing spoons because of peeling paint or lifting vinyl. They could trust that spoon to keep producing for hundreds of fish before they even felt the need to replace it.

The hooks and split rings held strong enough to weather the storm, too. 💪🏻🌊

And honestly, the response we’ve had from anglers fishing walleye and rainbows on Lake Erie has been incredible.

That’s exactly what we want TNT to be: a spoon you can put in the water and trust.
