You’ve just found your happy place.

The Studio is a new concept: not a fabric store, but a beautiful, spacious work space dedicated to those who enjoy the pursuit of this beautiful hobby in a sociable, welcoming environment.

Kate Kropf and Ann Campbell first discovered quilting in the Summer of 2014 when they visited a nearby fabric shop with the intention of restarting an interest in sewing and found themselves in the middle of a bustling group of Row by Row and Shop Hop enthusiasts. The die was cast and there was no looking back. They soon connected with Joyce’s Sewing Shop in London, and under the tutelage of instructor Kelley Richardson began the learning process which provided many hours of creative accomplishments, but also created some serious space issues in their respective homes. The Kropf household family room become overrun with supplies, projects, and equipment, and a down-sizing move for the Campbell household left Ann without a dedicated sewing space. Opening the Studio space was an exciting prospect on many levels.

In addition to offering designated Open Studio Days when you can work on projects of your own choosing in a relaxed, social environment, we are committed to bringing you high-quality instruction in the form of Block-of-the-Month groups, project classes, and workshops to assist you with any problems you’ve encountered. All of the above are taught by the inimitable Kelley Richardson, formerly of Joyce’s Sewing Shop in London. Kelley is a very popular teacher who brings a combination of fun and expertise to her classes.

Our street-level facility is located at the corner of Ingersoll and Thomas Streets in Ingersoll, easily accessible from either the 401 or Hamilton Road.
