Iqaluit 101 Spring Giveaway Results

The Spring Giveaway ended May 31, and today we drew the names of the six prize winners! We had three instant cameras and three pairs of earbuds to give away. Thanks so much to everyone who entered!

We want to say thank you so much to everyone who entered our recent giveaway!

We ran the contest to promote Iqaluit 101 but also to see what people love about Iqaluit.

Our ads were shown to Facebook users 50,000 times, mostly in Iqaluit. In all, 874 people clicked through to our website.

We also printed 2,218 postcards and dropped them in every mailbox in Iqaluit.

In total, 16 people entered the contest, and only six of those qualified for a prize by accepting our contest rules and providing a response to our question before the deadline of May 31!

We had six prizes to give away, so every person who qualified for the contest will receive a prize.

To pick the prizes (camera or earbuds), we picked numbers out of a hat. Here are the winners:
