For the past few years I’ve been searching for my ‘next thing’. What now? Where to now? And with whom? I’ve wanted a space to interact with the public and community and sell vintage and upcycled designs but not solely a store. I’ve wanted a place to create and share art and design and play dress up and style my community but without the confines of an art studio. I wanted a space where people could come and hang out and get curious about what we’re working on. To offer space where people could immerse themselves in a creative environment with creative people without having to spend money. Well……. It is with a huge amount of pleasure that I present ⚡️⚡️ www.thelivingroomto.org - ⚡️⚡️a co-working co-creating collective in one of the coolest west end Toronto neighbourhood in Oakwood village. Rebekka, Caitlin and Rebecca- the backbones of this endeavour - had the vision and work ethic and here it is!!!! We are, as we speak, working on the physical space, (walls don’t paint themselves)but we are IN and have begin the process of turning a blank storefront into a dreamy, inspiring world.
